There is something sacred about Autumn...
The trees teach us that letting go can be just what is needed for renewal. The earth reminds us to slow down, root deeply, and turn inward. As the natural world releases what it no longer needs, we are invited to consider: What feels heavy? What am I ready to release? What wants to take root? What is calling me home?
We are offering a six-week Autumn Eco-Art Therapy Group for those who feel drawn to explore these questions through creativity, nature, embodiment, and reflection.
Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of the season through:
No artistic experience is needed. This is not about creating beautiful art—it’s about allowing creativity and nature to become pathways into deeper self-discovery.
Choose the time that works for you:
Wednesday Evenings
5:30–7:00 PM
September 30 – November 4
Friday Mornings
10:00–11:30 AM
October 2 – November 6
Investment: $40 per session ($240 for all six sessions)
Insurance may be billed for eligible participants. Current plans include Premera, Regence, Lifewise, and Aetna.
What to Bring
You’ll want to gather a few simple supplies for our creative explorations:
We’ll also incorporate natural and found materials throughout our time together, so you may wish to collect a few autumn treasures from the earth—fallen leaves, small sticks, bark, seed pods, pine cones, moss, lichen, flowers, or other natural objects that call to you.
Bring your stories, your curiosity, and your unfinished edges.
Together, we’ll gather around the changing season and listen for what the earth—and your own inner wisdom—may be inviting you to release, receive, and remember.
